Nudi® Warranty

​​Nudi® Warranty offers a free replacement for your Nudi® should it break within 2 years of purchase. Giving you peace of mind to keeping your growing operations going.

What does the Nudi® Warranty policy cover?

This policy:

  • Covers any and all defects in the supplied Nudi® that materially affects it's use.

  • Covers any and all breakages caused to the Nudi® under normal use that materially affects it's use.

What does the Nudi® Warranty policy do to correct the problem?

Plain Greens will:

  • Exchange your Nudi® for the latest available equivalent product.

'Available' refers to the Nudi® product range (which is subject to change) available at the time of exchange and not to stock levels. 

How long does the Nudi® Warranty coverage last?

The Nudi® Warranty policy lasts for 730 days from the date of purchase from Plain Greens.

The Nudi® Warranty policy does not restart for exchanged Nudi®s. Any exchanged Nudi® products are subject to the original Nudi® Warranty policy date.

What does the Nudi® Warranty not cover?

The Nudi® Warranty policy does not cover:

  • Non-Nudi® products, such as supporting equipment and materials including but not limited to; grow trays, nutrient solutions, cleaning solutions.

  • Nudi® products not purchased from Plain Greens,

  • Demonstration Nudi®s given away for free,

  • Nudi® products where >60% of the original product (by weight) is not returned,

  • Damage of the product resulting from negligence or misuse, 

  • Damage of the product resulting from unauthorised modification of the product,

  • Damage caused by natural disaster,

  • Theft or loss of the product.

What do you need to do to get a replacement under the Nudi® Warranty Policy?

To claim an exchange under the Nudi® Warranty policy you must:

  1. Inform Plain Greens of the breakage in writing by email and/or letter. Plain Greens' receipt of this notification shall be taken as the breakage date. You should include:

    1. Your Contact Details; your name, company name, email address, telephone number and address.​

    2. Your order number (if available).

    3. The date the breakage occurred.

    4. A description of how the breakage occurred.

    5. A photo of how the broken product (if possible).
       

  2. Return your broken Nudi® to Plain Greens​

    1. You must return >60% of the original product (by weight) to enable Plain Greens to validate and identify independent breakages.​
